At the CTC Fitness Center, you are not just a member. We consider you a partner and owner of the facility. The maintenance fees will allow for proper upkeep of your new facility and cutting-edge equipment.
Option 1 - Annual Maintenance Fees
- One Person Family Ownership: $200.00*
- Two Person Family Ownership: $350.00*
- Three Person Family Ownership: $475.00*
- Four (or more) Person Family Ownership: $575.00*
- Two Person Family Ownership: $350.00*

Option 2 - Monthly Automatic Withdrawal
- One Family Member: $16.67/ month*
- Two Family Members: $29.17/month*
- Three Family Members: $39.58/ month*
- Four Family Members: $47.92/ month*

Option 3 - Quarterly Payments
- One person can pay for 3 months at a time at $25 each month. Payment can be made in full for $75 or can be set up one a 3 month automatic withdrawal at $25/month.
